Immediately, high school and college students began to ask, hypothetically, if it could write essays, indiscernible from those written by fleshy , err, human students…
In just a week, a million users had discovered the free online app and its ability to understand rather complicated requests phrased in ordinary English.
Some requests were silly. Requests to the AI about its view of global warming or what was the best restaurant or maybe a list of words that rhyme with purple…
I asked Chat CPT to write me a love letter.
